Galapagos 360

The Washington Post in partnership with the UNC Reese Innovation Lab (now UNC Blue Sky Innovations) launched a 360-degree video experience of the Galápagos Islands in which readers can fully explore the relatively unknown volcanic archipelago. The project combines narrative with a dynamic presentation of mixed media including six engaging video stories captured with innovative technology including proprietary underwater 360 rigs, a 360 drone developed by the Reese Innovation Lab, and other 360-degree cameras.
